Admin Coordinator

Hybrid / Remote-First Role
Note: This is a purely administrative and coordination role. No coding, software programming, or technical background is required.

Key Responsibilities & Scope:

  • Multi-Channel Monitoring: Harvest and analyze user feedback across App Store, Google Play Store, in-app surveys, email, and live chat.
  • Feedback Categorization & Analytics: Systematically tag feedback into bugs, feature requests, usability issues, and sentiment trends to preempt critical system issues.
  • Scenario & Beta Testing: Conduct structured user testing on iOS and Android devices across partner applications (fintech, e-wallets, payment solutions).
  • Reporting & Insights: Draft summary reports, sentiment analytics, and insight decks for operations and dev teams to drive product roadmaps.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Participate in review alignment meetings with technical architects and client stakeholders.
